TABE 11 & 12 (current version) will be retired effective June 30, 2026. After June 30, 2026, CHAP will transition to TABE 13 & 14 (new version). Please contact Kyle Von Bose if you have questions at kjvonbose@anthc.org. After June 30, 2026, TABE 11 & 12 testing will no longer be available.
