The Community Health Aide Program Certification Board (CHAPCB) and the Community Health Aide Program (CHAP) identified a need to establish a standardized process to vet and approve individuals who conduct Biennial Skills Evaluations (BSEs). In response, the Alaska Association of CHAP Directors, the Academic Review Committee, and CHAP Training Centers have collaborated to develop and approve a standardized vetting process for Biennial Skills evaluators.
