The next Community Health Aide Program Certification Board meeting is scheduled for January 13-14, 2026.

Complete applications received by January 5, 2026 will be reviewed for final determination on January 13, 2026.

Current CHAPCB forms and links to the electronic application can be access via the “Application Forms” tab, then select your Health Aide discipline (BHA, CHA, DHA) in the left panel.

Due to Certification Board meeting activities, requests for Temporary Certification will not be processed from December 19, 2025 through January 30, 2026.
