The CHAPCB has transitioned to an electronic application process! An exciting update that will make applying smoother, faster, and more accessible.

Please submit your application for certification using the new electronic application. Select your Health Aide discipline on the left side bar, from there you can access current documents and a link to the application.

The CHAPCB office receives applications, screens for completeness, tracks status, and may issue temporary certifications between CHAPCB meetings. Formal action to approve or deny applications occurs during the regular CHAPCB meetings.

• Complete applications received by June 1, 2026 will be reviewed for final determination at the next Certification Board meeting on June 10-11, 2026.
• Temporary certifications will not be issued from May 15, 2026 through June 30, 2026 due to the Certification Board meeting activities.

The application processing fee is $750.00.
