The next Community Health Aide Program Certification Board meeting is scheduled for October 6-7, 2026.

Complete applications received by September 28, 2026 will be reviewed for final determination on October 6-7, 2026.

Current CHAPCB forms and links to the electronic application can be access via the “Application Forms” tab, then select your Health Aide discipline (BHA, CHA, DHA) in the left panel.

Due to Certification Board meeting activities, requests for Temporary Certification will not be processed from September 12, 2026 through October 31, 2026.
