There was a CHAM update on April 14. Please make sure to review the Release Notes to see what has changed! Make sure you see Version 9.4
ATTENTION:
You will need to clear your browser history to view and accept the release notes and to see all new content.
If you are using the iCHAM
- Make sure your IOS is up to date in settings.
- Restart your iPad (turn it off and turn it back on)
- Connect iPad to Wi-Fi
- Confirm you are using the most current iCHAM software version (1.6.3.2)
- Log In
- Open the settings and tools function in the top right-hand corner of the app.
- Click Check for updates
- A second restart may be required
