Alaska Community Health Aide/Practitioner Manual, 2006 Revised Edition, (CHAM) consists of 4 integrated volumes: the Emergency Field Handbook, the CHAM Patient Care Visit book, Medicine Handbook and Reference and Procedure manual plus a CD-Rom containing all four volumes. The CHAM Committee reports to and is a subcommittee of the CHAP Directors.
